In support, INTREO partner Midwest Local Area Employment Services (LAES) are available to help you build your workforce. To support this process, the Midwest LAES Employer Liaison Officer works with employers on a one to one basis to assist in sourcing and retaining suitable candidates and accessing relevant employer supports.
Jobseekers are assessed on interests, skills and motivating factors and then further screened by the Employer Liaison Officer against individual recruiting company requirements prior to being forwarded for a vacancy. This approach enables the employer to receive a personalised profile on each recommended candidate at the point of application.
The Midwest LAES Employer Support service helps employers avoid advertising, agency fees and other recruitment costs by providing candidates at no cost. Is some cases pre job related training and other relevant supports may be provided to Midwest LAES sourced candidates to further prepare them for a specific position if required.
If required, vacancies can be circulated to reach jobseekers across the Midwest region. Vacancies can also be advertised on the Mid West LAES digital platforms such as (weekly ezine link here) and if required, circulated to relevant organisations and contacts.
